Tried to ‘hold’ package & then contact office but not successful & package delivered to old address. Tried to pay for it myself to be picked up & delivered back to local FedEx office but was told not their policy & I would have to contact the ‘shipper’ to have them make a call tag! Didn’t hear back from shipper for 2 days while package just sitting on porch! FedEx refused to adapt policy to help. I now live hours away & unable to get package myself so finally able to have a neighbor pick up package & bring to local FedEx office! It can stay there & they can figure out how to return to shipper! UPS is more customer supportive!
