The driver didn't come to my house today and posted the same photo from yesterday, as if he had actually shown up. I was left without my package—which I needed—because of the driver's laziness.
- BBBrianFeb 26, 20261.0Lost order and customer service was no help. Gave me the runaround and keep tell me was out for delivery maybe after talking to 8 different people for few hours. Dont use them if relying on next day delivery or any delivery.

I tried to pick up my package and they didn't even bother to double check if the package was there even though the app said it was ready to be picked up! Now I can't find my order at all, and the stupid phone number robot won't let me speak to a human being. This is why Amazon and UPS are better.
