She just started here months ago and She doesn’t know what she’s doing, and I don’t know why they hired her. She will intentionally destroy your packages.
- GVGiselle ViegasFeb 6, 20261.0Very poor service, do not take babies here for passport photos. Do not bring your baby to this location for passport photos. Although this service is advertised as included, the execution is unacceptable. I had an appointment today and the employee who assisted us was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no patience or professionalism. He put no effort into taking a proper photo, the picture was taken from a side angle (I never saw that), they don’t let you choose the best picture, and he picked up one that my baby was not even looking at the camera. This felt rushed and careless, because they clearly do not care. Passport photos for infants require patience and basic attention, neither of which were provided. I strongly recommend using a different location or bringing the picture with you for the application.
