I truly appreciate him, he has such a warm smile with such a kind and gentle presence, he always handles our packages with great care and makes the effort to hand them directly to me instead of just leaving them. He also takes a moment to wish me a good day, which may seem small but means the world to me as it is far and few between. It’s rare to see that kind of thoughtfulness and consistency, and I’m grateful for the respect and professionalism he shows on every delivery. I have never in my life felt so compelled to give a review that should have been done way sooner, he has been our normal delivery guy for so long, and has never missed a step. I am hoping this gets to his boss this man needs to be recognized and given a raise! Respectfully of course. He's one to hold on to.
