This is the worst USPS ever. They always find a excuse to not accept your package. This place really sucks.

If you print a label in the evening to get your package ready for the next day and bring your package for delivery the next day after 1pm, they won't accept the package.
This is a horrible policy and they deserve a single star for it.

Very bad customer service. Flat rate envelopes now require a special label to write down to and from addresses. I didn’t know that and nobody in the post office told me about the special label even though it was empty and they saw me taking flat rate envelopes. Only when I filled out all of the info they informed me that I need to redo everything and finally gave me the correct labels for addresses. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me the label together with the envelope if they require it and don’t allow customers to just write the address on the envelope.

This place should be 0 stars the extra one is for the extra effort the older gentleman gives
both men working here are nice and i wish i could say the same for others
the women always make me switch the priority flat rate boxes to priority only even though they are not supposed to
there is no communication and they want to be controlling when they are not even right
you CAN use priority flat rate boxes with priority mailing and the one in Quincy Center main one will tell you that. It’s horrible i switched 10 boxes until i found out the truth!
