Asian men at the conquer. Really bad. He will look your label for like five minute. Try to find anything wrong on the label and then reject you. Like I print out my label yesterday night and ship today, tell me the label is expired? Have to ship in same day.

I am not one to write reviews if ever. However, I do believe this is a USPS issue or some type of policy that is not decimating well throughout the organization. I went with a QR code generated 2/7 (2 days ago) that the place I bought it from told me would be good for 30 days. When I got there the guy at the window tells me because the code generates a label for 2/7 and that is too aged they can't use it so I can't send my package. I assumed this was a company issue and moved out of line to see if I could get an updated code somehow from the company. As I stood there I heard him deny two other customers for the same reason. Clearly this is some kind of USPS issue where they have some strange policy to somehow not take older labels. This is quite a flaw in the organization or management for not seeing to this issue as it seems to be a pattern at this location. Needless to say I will never be using this post office again for any personal or business needs.

This place is the absolute worse. Asian man at the counter gave me the hardest time with my package saying “he couldn’t accept my QR code because it wasn’t generated day of”. that doesn’t even make sense????? Also wouldn’t accept my other package because it was generated previous month. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE!!! He also demanded I take off the tiniest sticker so that there was nothing on the box instead of just slapping the new sticker on top. Made me remove my tape to take of every little sticker and then told me “go over there pay for the tape”. SO RUDE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Worse part? I went to the USPS down the street and they accepted both my packages. NO ISSUE. AND THEY TAPED IT FOR ME. This place is a dump. Don’t waste your time going here. They can’t do anything. Lazy. Rude. Awful awful service.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My tracking showed my package was delivered at 10:58 a.m. on January 7th. I went outside at exactly 11:00 a.m. to get it, and there was nothing there. I went to this location and informed the white lady at the front about the issue, but she insisted the package had been delivered without offering any real help. I explained that it would be impossible for it to be delivered to the correct address if I checked just two minutes later and it wasn’t there. Instead of looking into it, she responded in a dismissive and condescending way, even asking if I knew what GPS was because her gps stated the item was delivered. She even said it’s a possibility that the wind must’ve blown it away. This situation was handled poorly, and I felt my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all.

I don't think this is necessarily a branch issue but definitely a USPS issue. I went with a QR code generated 12/13 (6 days ago) that Shein told me would be good for 30 days for a free return. When I got there the guy at the window tells me because the code generates a label for 12/13 and that is too aged they can't use it so I can't return my package. I assumed this was a Shein issue and moved out of line to see if I could get an updated code somehow from Shein. As I stood there I heard him deny two other customers for the same reason. One lady loudly yelled that she returned things this way weekly and he was unreasonable. The guy behind her got so angry he just trashed his package on the way out the door. Clearly this is some kind of USPS issue where they have some stupid policy to somehow not take older labels and then decided not to tell any of the businesses using them.
