I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My tracking showed my package was delivered at 10:58 a.m. on January 7th. I went outside at exactly 11:00 a.m. to get it, and there was nothing there. I went to this location and informed the white lady at the front about the issue, but she insisted the package had been delivered without offering any real help. I explained that it would be impossible for it to be delivered to the correct address if I checked just two minutes later and it wasn’t there. Instead of looking into it, she responded in a dismissive and condescending way, even asking if I knew what GPS was because her gps stated the item was delivered. She even said it’s a possibility that the wind must’ve blown it away. This situation was handled poorly, and I felt my concern wasn’t taken seriously at all.

I don't think this is necessarily a branch issue but definitely a USPS issue. I went with a QR code generated 12/13 (6 days ago) that Shein told me would be good for 30 days for a free return. When I got there the guy at the window tells me because the code generates a label for 12/13 and that is too aged they can't use it so I can't return my package. I assumed this was a Shein issue and moved out of line to see if I could get an updated code somehow from Shein. As I stood there I heard him deny two other customers for the same reason. One lady loudly yelled that she returned things this way weekly and he was unreasonable. The guy behind her got so angry he just trashed his package on the way out the door. Clearly this is some kind of USPS issue where they have some stupid policy to somehow not take older labels and then decided not to tell any of the businesses using them.

The worst post office experience I’ve ever had in my life. I rarely leave bad reviews, so when I do, it’s 100% deserved. Most of the employees here are rude, dismissive, and make things unnecessarily difficult for everyone. I had a package held because I wasn’t at my business to sign for it. When I went to pick it up in person, they refused to release it to me — even after I showed my government ID, my business card with the matching name, and even the receipt from the online purchase. Their response? “Sorry, your ID doesn’t match the delivery address.” Obviously, no ID shows a business address — only residential — yet they couldn’t seem to understand that. And when I tried to explain or show proof, they said, “We can’t check anything online.” It was ridiculous. I had to go out of my way to speak with the delivery driver himself, and even he couldn’t believe how unreasonable the staff were. Thankfully, he was professional and went above and beyond to help me retrieve my package — something the employees inside refused to do. This isn’t an isolated incident. Over the last three years, I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this same location — each time met with the same unhelpful attitude and the same excuse: “That’s our policy.” Yet somehow, other USPS locations, like the main Quincy branch, manage to follow the same policies without treating customers poorly or creating unnecessary obstacles. The management here seriously needs to be reviewed — or the entire staff retrained. This location gives the USPS a terrible reputation.

The package I created yesterday cannot be received today because I arrived five minutes before he got off work and he even checked his watch.
