    DO NOT drop off your package at this UPS Store — SERIOUS WARNING. I dropped off a package worth over $5,000, and UPS later showed they never received it. My package is now missing. I contacted this store multiple times, and they have been completely unhelpful — no effort, no accountability, no real assistance. They basically just brush you off. If your shipment matters at all, avoid this location. I deeply regret trusting them.

    The young staff here are very efficent and knowledgable. They always work quick and understand customer needs. I understand customers can be rude and challenging but most of the young staff here are very helpful and does their job well. Great team at this location, the staff needs a raise. Parking is very difficult to enter and exit during peak hours, this needs to be addressed asap. Customers are parking in front of the entrance causing traffic.

    STAY AWAT at All cost! The UPS store is a total fraud. Had sneakers stolen after dropping at this location. Even you got the receipt you only was told everything ships out same day. And manager is unable to review the security camera with what happened. DO NOT believe those FAKE AI review gives this place 4 star rating! It should be 0 and I'm not the only victim here!!!!
