- BBBrandie3 days ago1.0My mail is not getting delivered, I had to show my license with my address, again! I was just there four weeks ago and requested for my mail to be delivered as they sent it all back! I did not get my tax information from my insurance company or employer, all very important things to file taxes. The woman that work there argued and yelled at me, including telling me to get a PO Box. If they aren’t delivering my mail to my address why would I assume they would even put my important mail in the PO Box? I signed up for mail scans and I’m not getting my mail that is in the scans. I questioned why my scan mail is not being delivered, they didn’t care and said the scans come from Springfield and that the Springfield location must not be delivering my mail. They blamed another mail location instead of doing their jobs. Maybe they should be transferred to Springfield instead of working at the Princeton MA location that way they can learn about the mail and how to deliver the mail. Zero Stars for them if I had that option.
