- SHSly HawFeb 26, 20251.0I posted my mail as overnight delivery from Sioux Falls SD and it arrived in Pocasset, MA. They did a delivery attempt on Friday 2/21 and said the business was closed so it would be delivered the next business day. It is Wednesday 2/26 and they have not made any attempt to deliver it. I’m flabbergasted at they don’t care attitude. This is USPS’ third time doing this to me. I hope the read this and change for the good of us customers.

An impediment to doing business in the area.The staffs at both need customer service training and attitude adjustment.
