Andrea and Solona are amazing and I have been coming here over two and half years. They both great and I have an account always helping me out getting my shipping request on time and no issues. They very effective with time and don’t spend much time when am here and very friendly also.

I was returning an order from Walmart.com using the FedEx located at the Plymouth store. I put the return item in a FedEx reusable envelope that I had from another shipment I had received. I was told that they couldn't use that envelope because it was for express shipments and returns are ground delivered. So he put it in another plastic envelope and wanted to charge me $3.14 for it. I refused to pay it because that seemed to be an internal Fedex issue. He said he'd have to pay out of his pocket. I called the next day and spoke to a supervisor. He said FedEx is now putting on Express reusable labels that they cannot be reused for ground shipments. He also said it was inappropriate for the employee to try and shame me into paying. I said FedEx should have a way to override the charge in that situation so the employee wouldn't have to ..
