- TRTony RizzolliFeb 10, 20261.0Sat on hold for an hour yesterday, never got through. Been on hold for an hour today, still haven’t got through. Absolutely insane.
- RLRiley LosordoJan 29, 20261.0Very unaccommodating and terrible customer service. Staff was rude when I showed them my infant daughter and they couldn't be bothered. This is why FedEx and UPS has a sustainable business model and USPS is on a downward spiral. I had a newborn child with me and there was a snow storm and my postpartum wife needed to be with me for this appointment and they were not accommodating at all. We ended up going to staples for the photos and to the carver public library and both took us in without an appointment and both were friendly and accommodating, and the staff at both of those places were horrified after I told them about the situation here. I will be writing a letter to the postmaster about my experience here.
