I couldn't figure out how to leave a review for UPS as a company, so I guess the UPS Store will have to take a hit. I recently ordered a phone from AT&T, and it was shipped via UPS. It was a package that needed to be signed for. There were at least two people home at all times on the date of delivery, and NO ONE knocked on the door. The next time we left the house, there was a tag on the door from UPS saying, "Sorry we missed you, your package will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day." We called to complain and requested that the package be held for pickup. I waited for the status of the package to update, and it did not. When I contacted UPS a few days later, I was informed that the package hadn't been scanned into the system in four days, and that it was considered a lost package, and I needed to return to the shipper so that they could file a lost package claim, so that they could locate it and deliver it to me. Absolutely atrocious customer service, incompetence, and lack of professionalism. Zero stars. Would not recommend.
