I had one of the most complex and time-consuming tasks at USPS today preparing multiple international paid envelopes that required printing, customs documentation, and multiple steps between home and the post office. It could easily have turned into a frustrating experience, but Tracy completely changed that. She went way above and beyond her job description walking me through every step, ensuring I understood what was needed, and even taking personal interest to make sure everything was correctly processed. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism stood out immediately. She didn’t rush, didn’t brush me off, and genuinely cared that my package made it safely. In a world where great customer service is rare, Tracy reminded me what true dedication looks like. She absolutely deserves 10 stars out of 5 — and USPS is lucky to have her! Thank you, Tracy, for your exceptional service and for turning a complicated international mailing process into a smooth, human, and genuinely pleasant experience. It would be very helpful if the Post Office offered printing services for a small fee, especially for international shipments that require printed labels or customs forms. I had to go all the way home just to print documents, which added a lot of time to the process. Having in-house printing would make the experience much more convenient and efficient.
