I downloaded the QR code from Amazon for the return I had the box that the item was in But it's still refused. I gave them the box that the item was in and he asked where's the box that it came in. Of Course I said what are you talking about Here is the box that it came in. He told me no the box that this box came in i said there was no box it was a plastic bag where is the plastic bag I said I threw it out. He said you need the plastic bag you came in at this point I was totally frustrated and took the box back and walked out.I went home and immediately called Amazon and Amazon said they should have taken it.They sent me another QR code For Whole Foods in Hingham Mass.went there not a problem less than a minute and I was out the door.I did ask the guy from Amazon return to predicament that I was in at UPS he says he could have scanned it with no problem.Go figure!!! Not a happy camper
