  i read other reviews and it seems to be a common picture painted of this store. Claims they open at 8 am, but yet here i am sitting outside of the store in 25 degree weather with 3 other people at 8:17 waiting for it to open. Seems to be a lack of accountable staff to arrive on time and i highly recommend hiring staff that will be ready to open the doors at 8. Some people like me work, and I start at 8:23 right down the street. now I and im assuming others aswell are going to be late. Someone needs to take a serious deeper look into this

  The staff is great and so helpful. They young man with dark hair went out of his way to help me fax something important. He was so nice and kind. Thank you agian!

  Your package is more likely to get delivered if you tie 50 balloons to it and send it upwind. Customer support is completely unhelpful and management will lie to your face promising discounts that they wont deliver on (pun intended). Do yourself a favor and try FedEx.

  I scheduled a UPS pickup from my home. The driver showed up but did not ring the doorbell, knock, or attempt to contact me at all. He simply left the shipping label on the door and left. I have a front-door camera that clearly shows this. I called UPS headquarters, and they contacted the local store. About 20 minutes later, a woman from that location called me back and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said this was “only one attempt” and that I now had to drop the package off myself. When I explained that the driver never rang the bell and that I have video proof, she showed no interest in listening, spoke disrespectfully, and hung up on me. This is unacceptable customer service. Poor communication, no proper pickup attempt, and very rude behavior from the store representative. I do not recommend this location.

  Best UPS store in the area the people working there are very friendly and helpful/not trying to upsell you :)
