I shipped out a package that was 13 oz (ie less than a pound) and they charged my account for another $3 a week later claiming the package was actually 5 lbs. 5 times bigger. It was a small funko pop… will not be shipping with them again.

I tried calling FedEx customer service to correct it and they told me I needed to contact the Peabody FedEx office. When I called the FedEx in Peabody, they told me there was "nothing they can do." So now I am out $85 for their mistake!! Steer clear of FedEx in Peabody!!
