- ANAnn NoyesNov 11, 20251.0Incredibly horrible customer service! When I dropped off my package, the person who input the recipient address put it in incorrectly. I tried calling FedEx customer service to correct it and they told me I needed to contact the Peabody FedEx office. When I called the FedEx in Peabody, they told me there was "nothing they can do." So now I am out $85 for their mistake!! Steer clear of FedEx in Peabody!!
