- GFGary FountaineMay 18, 20241.0Went with a return label and item to send something back to a company and had to get something to send it back in which was fine about to ring out and finish up and was told he won't take it after because the label wasn't taped to it and I had to bring it back when it was ready to ship i asked if he had some tape I could use to tape the return label to the package as I have asked that in the past and was given some to use with no problem and he told me no that I had to bring the package back when it was ready. Needles to say I didn't do my business with that place and won't be returning to that one.

Coming from a big city mail delivery is done completely different here and I have to say I was becoming a pest to the two people working in this post office. I was either calling or emailing with questions and actually giving them a hard time about getting my mail delivered. That being said I was very impressed with how they dealt with me and handled me and my situation. Especially the postmaster Elly. She kept her composure, did not speak rudely to me and continued to explain very thoroughly until I understood. She remained in a calm voice and did not appear irritated, which is hard to do I'm sure, especially working in a post office. After everything was resolved I felt bad after so that's why I figured I should at least give them a good review to let them know I appreciate their help.
