- CLCasey LaRue4 days ago4.0Post office staff are always courteous and do their jobs well, but the phone service is unbelievably bad. There's no chance you're going to speak to a person. Now I have to waste more of my time and drive down there to ask a question I could have had answered in 4 seconds if a person had just answered the phone in the first place.
- CWCourtney WalshFeb 20, 20261.0The Orange Post office as a whole—yes, there are some very nice employees but the nightmare ones ruin it for them—is a joke and proof of what government employment truly means ie protected by the union so they aren’t held accountable and don’t give a flying leap about doing their jobs. It’s a disgrace.
- LCLissa CampbellSep 16, 20191.0They overstuff our mailbox with packages way to heavy and large. Then on Saturday September 14 they do it yet again and our entire mailbox snaps off the post. I will pick pictures and brought them into the post office and was told the postmaster would be contacting me. I never heard from him/her and then I watch the mailman today place mail in the mailbox that is laying on the ground. Somebody from there needs to come and replace the broken mailbox and train their employees on how to properly deliver mail.
