The service has become much more efficient, and tasks that used to take a long time are now handled quickly and smoothly. The staff and Post Master are professional and friendly. The overall experience is much more convenient than before. Congrats to the team and the beautifully improved aesthetics of the lobby area- it looks fantastic

- JTJohncrow TownFeb 12, 20265.0It is so unfair to these hardworking people when the public blame them for doing their jobs. They don't make the rules. We always jump on the computer for maybe a 1 unfortunate experience but fail to give praises to the other 99 good experiences. The Oak Bluffs post deserves a medal to keep their heads high, working with low staff count and especially dealing with the island entitled residents who feel they should not follow rules. I love the people here and I tell them this whenever I go in.
