The postmaster is consistently rude, abusive, and discriminatory, returning packages well before the required hold time and making it difficult for residents to receive essential mail. Many islanders have changed shipping preferences or stopped using the mail service entirely because of this behavior. This is unacceptable for a vital community service.

- AMAndrew MillerJun 25, 20251.0Absolutely abysmal, third-world type of operation. My wife’s medication (which arrived to the post office a day late) was scanned ready for pickup at 10 AM. Like others I see in the reviews, we had to stand in line, then learn we had to fill out a slip, then get back in line for them to tell us it isn’t ready and to come back tomorrow. Staff was not friendly. Awful, even by the USPS very low standards.
