    This review is for the supervisor who failed to assist the clerk on 2/14/26 during my passport renewal process. I used my debit card to pay for the passport and the transaction went through but the post office machine was broken so they could not produce the money order to go with the passport. The supervisor did very little to help after over 2 hours of trying to figure what to do. She gave me the option to send my passport without the money because they are required to send it that day (and then who knows what would happen- maybe rejected) or to double pay and hope that the first transaction didn’t go through even though the money was no longer in my account and they could not even give me a receipt. The clerk was trying his best to find solutions but the supervisor was absolutely worthless and could only say sorry the help desk that the clerk tried to contact was closed. When I asked her to act like a supervisor and find real solutions she yelled at me that I could come back Tuesday (and not have the money go with my passport submission). She should definitely not be in a supervisor role. This was a very frustrating experience for a busy mom of two taking time on a Saturday to get this task done. I am very thankful for the clerk Bradley who was doing everything he could to assist me.

    Absolutely unacceptable. My grand mother is 95 years old went to go get her mail and was told by the Spanish guy at the front that he needs to see her and I informed his she is 95 she can’t realy walk she is in the car. He refused. So then he grabs his manager a lady who is just as rude as him and she started yelling telling me it’s the rule and u explained to her she is95 years old she can’t walk. It will take her 4 hours to get I. The building how dare I treat people like this very discriminatory they all need customer service training they are absolutely horrible will not go I never felt more discriminated on in my life

    This place is awesome! We had gone to usps milton for walk in service for my toddler’s passport and they had turned us away and Jennifer and Bradley was very empathetic and apologetic of this and had us wait a reasonable amount of time (30 mins) as a walk in which is completely understandable. Will always come back for my families’ passport needs as they are so friendly and helpful!

    They put my package on hold for a week before my christmas trip and now i dont have gifts for my nephews. This is something out of a christmas horror movie for me. Paid for extra fast shipping speed and it was scheduled for the 23rd. Im outright furious.
