A similar thing happened when I needed to get papers, and that this place didn’t accept it, and when we went to another place they said this place was lazy.

I did have something that needed to be packaged but it wasnt large I just needed to purchase a small bubble wrap nailer and have it sent off. There was a person in line just a head of me. I start to ask her where the bubble mailers were and she points rudely to the area. She then asks me in a rude tone "well how long is this going to take " its almost 4:30! I said oh I'm sorry, your site says lobby 5:00. I dont know maybe I was in the wron . But still ahe was very rude about it!! Won't venture back there !
