The person on the counter was busy handling a customer, I asked if anyone else could get the package & basically said I would have to wait. Another PO worker appeared, I asked her if she could help & was told her contract did not permit her to retrieve any packages! Extremely poor service & lousy attitude.

I did have something that needed to be packaged but it wasnt large I just needed to purchase a small bubble wrap nailer and have it sent off. There was a person in line just a head of me. I start to ask her where the bubble mailers were and she points rudely to the area. She then asks me in a rude tone "well how long is this going to take " its almost 4:30! I said oh I'm sorry, your site says lobby 5:00. I dont know maybe I was in the wron . But still ahe was very rude about it!! Won't venture back there !
