    Had them for over a year but recent price increases caused us to cancel the service altogether. Not to mention it’s slightly inconvenient to have to store 50+ gallons of water at times. Purchasing less would just mean more delivery fees so I always tried to get a fair amount. Today 4/20/26 they came to pick up my empties and cooler we were renting. The delivery driver can literally be heard on my ring camera muttering “douchebag” as he was pouring a wet wipe out one of the empty bottles. I get that he was probably frustrated with something inside the empty bottle. Had I noticed it I would have removed it prior to placing it outside for pickup. But was the “douchebag” comment necessary? Not to mention he just left it laying on the ground. Do yourself a favor and buy a water filter.

    The continuous late, missed , double and triple rebooked delivery was too much to continue. Do yourself a favor and get a built in filtration system. As a 24 hr emergency triage center. In healthcare, we needed our water consistently for our patients and employees. I begged, cajoled, and explained to no end. I implored to at least keep us on top as a priority customer since we deal with crisis triage 24/7 and we constantly ran out of water. When i ordered more in bulk, to try to keep a stock up so we wouldn't run out, they just used it as an opportunity to take longer to deliver, so we still ran out. I understand the hiring issues, but only so much can excuse the 2 years we endured this. This is much more than staffing. We were just ignored in our requests for some sort of priority, we were ignored when we left messages or emails. I usually most positive reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating and the public should know as they are choosing business partners.
