Had ReadyFresh for years before they got acquired by Primo. They rescheduled delivery multiple times before I canceled their service. No one picks the phone, your best bet is to wait for an email response. App sucks. I still have a set of 5 empty bottles baking in the sun they won’t pick up. Anyone want them?

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service - Avoid Primo Brands at All Costs!
Our experience with Primo Brands has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We were repeatedly promised delivery dates that were never honored, and despite our account being fully up to date, they failed to process our payment correctly on their end. As a result, we were left waiting MONTHS for deliveries while they blamed delays on their own internal issues.
Even after they acknowledged that our payment was visible in the system, they refused to move forward until it was "updated" in their system-something completely out of our control. Multiple calls requesting to speak with a manager or account specialist were ignored, and no one ever followed up with us. It was made abundantly clear that they could not care less about retaining our business, even after we made it known that we were prepared to close the account.
The reps were dismissive, abrasive, and made absolutely no effort to resolve the situation. This company is a complete mess, and I would NEVER recommend Primo Brands to anyone. If you value reliability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy-look elsewhere!!!

This company has gone so far down hill since it was bought out by Primo. I miss ready refresh. I’ve attempted to cancel my service and return my equipment three times now and they schedule a pick up but I get no confirmation of it and no one shows up to take my dispenser. Email them and they don’t reply. Call them and the reps are so scripted they are no help at all.

They’ve rescheduled our water delivery every day for the last three days, and today we got rescheduled from tomorrow to Monday. The customer service is non-existent. If there was any other company out there I would cancel with ready refresh.
The service started out ok but has gone south the last couple of months. The app is not user friendly and it seems impossible to communicate with a human, to fix the service issues.
We have two months of water bottles waiting to be picked up and no scheduled delivery date. This is a nightmare.
