I smiled and said goodmorning as we made eye contact and he stared at me with deep misery as I walked over. He proceeded to give me attitude throughout our entire exchange, and only turned his mood around when a coworker joined from the back. He skipped past the "how was your service" smiley screen before I could click terrible (because it was!) This exchange is enough for me to consider going elsewhere in the future. To start off the day with someone so horribly miserable was such a disgusting experience.

I was in Northampton just for a weekend for a reunion. I sent a package to a Northampton address, on a Saturday it arrived, and that address was not delivering packages directly on Saturday. I then went to Northampton post office on Bridge Street and spoke to Jeffrey. He coordinated with me, his driver, and himself to get this package to me. I conveyed the importance of the package, my short stay in Northampton, Massachusetts, and he ended up hand delivering it to me! I am so impressed with his efforts. Thank you so much Jeffrey! He gives 110%! Thank you Jeffrey! Give this man a raise.
