He was at Bradley Airport awaiting departure to FL and realized he had forgotten a piece of luggage that he needed asap. I immediately went to UPS, N’ton and explained the situation to Joe. He was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and explained all the different parameters regarding costs, different times of departures/arrivals, etc. All went well and the luggage arrived sooner than expected! Joe deserves 5 stars for his customer service.
