Didn't understand how to help me mail a return and was very impatient with me when I asked questions. I've honestly never encountered an unfriendly mail person so I am surprised at his attitude. I'll never come here for shipping again. And his boss should probably train him on how to treat people in front of other patrons because he was loud, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
