- JAJane AntoliniJul 27, 20241.0on thursday i receive a notice from the post office tracking site that my package arrived, so i go to the office later that day and am told it has not arrived. I track the package againtoday, two days later, on the us post office site and am again told the package was delivered to the Truro post office two days ago. I go back to the same post office, see the same man who told me two days ago that the package hadn't arrived who now tells me the post office returned the package because it was not picked up. Less than 48 hours had elapsed between the no package here to the we returned pax=ckage because it was not picked up and this post office had no place to store it. Unacceptable customer service but is typical once again from this poor excuse of a public service center.
