I live in North Truro, MA, and the USPS refuses to deliver to my home. I have to pick up my (very rare) packages in the post office and just today I was told I need to get a post office box. This is ridiculous, the post office should delivery to every residential address, as this blurb implies. The post man that I regularly interact with is great, he's very friendly. Today there was a different person who shoved a PO box application in my face and told me I "have" to get it because I picked up my package. I refuse to pay extra for something that I already pay for. On top of that, I'd love to sign up for the USPS email notification for new mail so that I could pick up any packages right away and... my address isn't eligible for that because the USPS doesn't deliver to me. How ridiculous!
