The gentleman behind the counter was both rude and condescending, passing inappropriate comments during my visit (an Amazon return). When I asked for a business card for the manager and regional manager, he informed me that he was the owner (John), that he and his wife owned the location, and that if I had an issue, I could call a 1-800 number…but he thought the issue was that I was just an “entitled woman” . Very disappointing experience, as he continued to both talk down to me and interupt/talk down to me. I would recommend women in particular stay away from this UPS. I will be reporting this experience to Corporate UPS, if possible.
