  I don’t know why I continue to come to this particular post office, probably because of its convenient location. However, the staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, which makes the experience quite frustrating.

  They're serviceable but slow; there's always been a line when I've gone. The staff could be more dynamic, intuitive, moving slower customers to a third person in order to keep the lines moving. Not too bright, but the job gets done.

  They closed 10 minutes early even though I walked in the door, they just kept on closing up - watched another person try to go in before 6:30, also unserved.

  Horrible location and customer service, please go anywhere but here. Owner does not do a good job running this location or hiring good help, most of the employees barely acknowledge you or say two words to you. Returns with preprinted labels are usually not a problem. I do not recommend having anything shipped here as they leave a pile of the delivered pick-up packages in the corner of the store for you to shuffle through to find your own package and have the audacity to charge for pickups. Given the state of how your package is left and letting strangers rifle through packages, with the potential of damaging contents or packaging. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else and skip this location.

  Worst customer service. The older gentleman (said his name was Leo which may or may not be true) was extremely dismissive of my questions/concerns and was so rude, to top it off. There were other customers in the store watching as well which says to me that he truly doesnt care. This is my first time visiting the North Easton UPS store, and based on my experience, I'll make it my goal to avoid having to come back to this location.
