I had business documents to overnight to a vendor, tried the UPS website first but it would not let me print a label. Website said to contact UPS. The cost quoted was $14. so I went to this store to ship the package. Upon arriving, I was 8th in line, 6 of the 7 were doing Amazon returns. When I finally got to counter, the owner told me it would be $92 to ship it overnight. I told him I didn't need it delivered first thing in the morning just by the next day. He then said it would be $54. When I told him I had a quote of $14 online he told me that it is not guaranteed to be delivered next day for that amount. I left and took the package to USPS and for $34 it was delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next morning. So looks like this location prefers Amazon returns and not standard business shipping.

The owner gives these hysterical responses to these that he will address his team, when he is the one causing the issues. An employee was trying to help me on the phone and I heard him say something to them and then they hung up on me. Was following up on a package that they never scanned.

- MLMocha LatteOct 26, 20251.0Went in with amazon returns and was handed plastic bags to bag my items in. UPS has always done this, never asked me to do it. When I said something about it, was told I’m supposed to provide my own plastic bag but they’re providing it for me. He told me to check my email, that it says I need to put it in my own plastic bag. I checked my emails and the instructions in the Amazon app and nothing says I need to put the items in plastic bags. On top of that he was just all around rude.
