- GPGeorge PantousNov 28, 20251.0It’s fine if you have an Amazon package you need to drop off but otherwise they do not know what they’re doing at one time it used to be really good but it’s gone downhill you go in there and you wait and wait. One guy is waiting on you the hell stop what he’s the one that takes. The next person waits on them and so on and so on you got four people trying to do everything all at once very confusing. One person is printing other shipping label while the other one’s waiting for a shipping label. Charge you more money to ship something that would normally cost $30. I will never ever go back to this place. I would use FedEx or I would go to the UPS Main facilities I would have much better results there than any of the small UPS stores
