- AWAndrew WolffJul 21, 20251.0Had to drive here to check on my mail hold because their phone doesn’t let you through. The menu AI hears itself and says “I’m sorry, I didn’t get that” and never completes reading the menu. Please fix your phones.

I pulled up at 4:29pm the lady was outside taking the mail from the postal box right outside the door she watched me pull up and park . I grabbed my box shut my door went to go inside to give her my postal package thinking she was a decent person and would take it even though it's 4:30 pm on the dot. Nope she locked the doors. I get it you had a long day but who doesn't now a days. Hiring off of personality should be a thing now a days,skill can be taught.
