Then the manager after checking with the carrier said that bc of “Covid” it doesn’t need to be delivered to a person and that the carrier “said” he “probably” put it in the mail box... what is then the point of paying for certified mail??? Oh... it is all bc of Covid... how is it that no one can be hold responsible? What type of service is that? Completely lost the trust I had on USPS.
