- RPRoodlyne Justal PierreJun 25, 20251.0Today I visited this post office in main street, (North Andover) and was appalled by the behavior of an elderly female employee who seemed to be a senior staff member. She displayed a consistently rude attitude towards customers, particularly those from diverse backgrounds. Witnessing her yelling at a colleague in front of clients was unprofessional and embarrassing. Her demeanor was so poor that it made me question the management's oversight. If you're unhappy in your role, perhaps it's time to consider a change, because treating people with disrespect isn't acceptable. I'm not the only one complaining about her! She is horrible!!!
