    Really bad customer service. I went to return a package to UPS with QR code ( clearly the app said tge ups will scan and pinti the label no other option ) the lady told me she cant tale any QR go to the principal UPS office so. She refuse to help. Horribly service!

    Every time I come here they are so nice. If managers read this Friday night 11/14/25 the staff was amazing! I showed up 5 mins before closing time which is annoying and they were great about helping me print etc. Life savers!

    Called to find out about Iphone screen repairs. It was listed on the website that Iphone screen repairs were done here. I was told twice without a chance to speak that they don't do Iphones. Please do not falsely advertise Iphone repair if you do not do it.
