Erica (not sure on the spelling) was incredibly helpful, she pointed me in the right direction to the packages I needed and got my shipping labels printed lightning quick. She processed my order before I had completed packing everything up so that my timestamp would read before 5pm (the return cutoff). I’m sure I was frantic, but she was pleasant and helpful the entire time and got me out the door again saving hundreds of dollars. Staples, give Erica a raise, she deserves it!
