- MSMel SariMay 4, 20201.0This is about North Adams, Ma location. They claim that they stopped all week and couldn’t find anyone to drop off delivery. Total lie! We all know that they stop by when they want to. The man only phone started yelling at me, he said he was the manager when I asked to talk to a manager. They are extremely rude, no customer service at all. No wonder they are about to claim bankruptcy, they need to understand that consistency and customer service is the key to be successful! Both are beyond horrible!
- PCPamela CoonsMar 31, 20171.0Horrible! i have 20 letters waiting to be picked up and mailed today. mail carrier walked right by, I called the office to ask why they did not stop. was told very rudely and yelled at by the Manny who answered the phone that " they dont have to pick up outgoing mail if you dont have any incoming mail period!" unreal! so rude and unprofessional! I did talk rudely back to him as I told him he was being an ass and they wonder why the postal service is going under!
