It takes hard work to reach below a 2.3 as a public service but the men and women at this location will stop at nothing until they've closed the place down, and that's the sort of dedication you at least have to respect. If you can spare $15 per month for a box at UPS right down the street in Williamstown to rid yourself of this crew, it will lower your blood pressure. Alternatively, if you've been looking for a job with absolutely no responsibility where the motto is something like "the customer is our worst enemy AND we hate them" - then do I have a gig for you! These guys stink.
- GLgene leasureJan 12, 20263.0Mail not delivered on time or at all, lived in North Adams since May 2025 and since then have had 7 pieces of mail LOST. Mailing/Shipping things out, just go to Williamstown Post Office. Tellers are incompetent at NA. Just save yourself some stress and go to Williamstown Post Office. No mail delivered on a Saturday because the carrier called out. Teller told me this the following monday when I asked, she also stated We didnt replace him.
- SSSDec 29, 20251.0Husband came in with QR code for a return. The email itself stated, “Take this QR code to USPS and they will print a label for you. If you prefer to do it yourself, see print label below.” The staff proceeded to give a lecture on how it’s necessary for the label to be printed prior to coming in. Husband apologized for the inconvenience (of doing their job, I guess?) and left, as they still would not print the label. Th Williamstown location will be our main location moving forward.
