    I had the worst experience with this business and wish my company would change providers. I almost lost my entire semester's reimbursement due to an uncommunicated technicality. The staff could care less if users get screwed. EdAssist has one job and they are not capable of doing it without significant headache and human intervention. HR was the only way to get through to the EdAssist staff. Stay away from this company if you can!

    I would not recommend them to anyone. We use them for our tuition reimbursement. My coworker and I am taking the exact same program, but he gets his things paid without much issues while I have to jump through 10 more hoops to get anything paid. I gave up and just withdrew because it's not worth the stress and aggravation. Not to mention, they take weeks to get back to you and depending on who you talk with, you will get a different answer. I've talked to no more than a minimum of 5 people about the same issue and got 5 completely different answers on how it works. Also notice that they only respond to people if they give them 5 stars. I haven't seen one response for any of the 1 or 2 stars, which is the majority of these.

    These guys sponsor a corporation i work for, and are the absolute WORST at what they do. You will wait days to hear back about claims, they will set ridiculous rules for you so theres a high likelihood you will get denied, and they love to send the blame to your company when they have full control of accepting a claim. Do not use these crooks!
