    If I could write 0 stars I would. I was on a medical leave with no access to any work information, thoroughly explained that to them + my manager did as well, I literally almost died. Did they care? No. They suspended my account in 59 days Vs the supposed 60 given. I submitted documentation that Tuesday due to the BANK holiday. And still requiring me to pay back the money that was given instead of taking documentation. This company is predatory and I wouldn’t sign up for them if it was the last thing on earth.

    I can understand and empathize with the negative reviews. But that hasn't been my experience. Every since I have started using them, I have not have any issues. Everything is done on-time and My documents are uploaded with no issues. Knock on wood. If you're having issues with the site, try it in a different web browser or clear your cookies and cache (only) for all time.

    Worst customer service set up I have ever experienced. Impossible to get any follow ups in a timely manner. They game their response stats with a broken comment system.

    I had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons for my tuition assistance. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire application process. They made everything clear and easy to understand, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the service and have even recommended Bright Horizons to several of my coworkers at CVS Health who I manage. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance.

    I am impressed by the amount of push back I received for my tuition reimbursement. Hats off to Bright Horizons! Your staff is certainly dedicated, and quite insistent on denying tuition reimbursement. After submitting 13 different forms of proof that I completed my Healthcare courses and received almost an A+, I was still denied. Wonderful motivation, waste of my time and efforts, you should be absolutely proud of yourselves. Well done.
