  Denied reimbursement after receiving my certificate of completion with an A. I was given several different reasons why, all different answers, none of which explaining thoroughly enough to my satisfaction as to why I am Denied. My appeal was denied as well.

  If I could write 0 stars I would. I was on a medical leave with no access to any work information, thoroughly explained that to them + my manager did as well, I literally almost died. Did they care? No. They suspended my account in 59 days Vs the supposed 60 given. I submitted documentation that Tuesday due to the BANK holiday. And still requiring me to pay back the money that was given instead of taking documentation. This company is predatory and I wouldn’t sign up for them if it was the last thing on earth.
