- AAAngelaDec 20, 20251.0Terrible service, consistently. The lady working there is rude, doesn’t inform you about shipping options and makes her own choice of service for you before you even open your mouth to say something. And when I tell her I’d like to use another service she says my shipment doesn’t qualify for it and that I need to buy one of their products (box or envelope) to use that service… It doesn’t make sense. I only go there because it’s nearby my house and convenient, otherwise I wouldn’t bother. It’s a shame they keep these kind of employees there.

- RRRyanJan 2, 20222.0Just as others say, the gentleman behind the counter is rude and he seems to be bothered with any basic question. I live across the street and this is far from a neighborhood friendly location. The gentleman behind the counter attempts to reprimand me every time I ask to confirm delivery date options. It recently got worse over Christmas time. I sent a package from this location, paid the delivery fee in full only to find out that usps did a bait and switch claiming more postage was owed. USPS held my packages ransom until the receiver paid an extra fee…usps did not provide any invoice or receipt. Just incredible that USPS can’t perform their basic function and held my package through a bait and switch scam. Disputing with my credit card company to hopefully get more information since usps is not truthful or forthcoming in their tracking and record keeping.
