The lady working there is rude, doesn’t inform you about shipping options and makes her own choice of service for you before you even open your mouth to say something. And when I tell her I’d like to use another service she says my shipment doesn’t qualify for it and that I need to buy one of their products (box or envelope) to use that service… It doesn’t make sense. I only go there because it’s nearby my house and convenient, otherwise I wouldn’t bother. It’s a shame they keep these kind of employees there.

I feel sorry for him because he is probably miserable at his job. I don’t take it personally because he seems to be consistent from other reviews. It reflects awfully on this particular location though..
