- DDdream DrMay 6, 20211.0I just had a really bad experience with this office. Yesterday I attempted to drop off the return package, which is a long tube of fishing rod, as instructed by Amazon. They refused to take it because if weighs > 5 Lbs for a first-class shipment and asked me to get an appropriate label. I spoke with buyer who sent me a priority slip today. And I went back to this office, again they refused to take it because of the length, and asked me to send it to newton center USPS store. It is very frustrating and does not make sense if other location will take it why cannot this store take it! This is ridiculous!
