- LSLi pei SuiFeb 25, 20261.0USPS really should look at its service and management at this place at the Newton Center location. We arrived for our 2:30 PM passport appointment 10 minutes early. There was only one person at the counter, and she told us to wait until her colleague arrived. By 2:40 PM, no one had shown up. She became irritated and complained that her coworker had gone to lunch and that she was the only one there. She then became picky at me saying I should be standing in the line instead. Her attitude was rude—she stared at me and treated customers like trash. If I had a choice, I truly would not want to step into USPS again, especially not that location.
