    Nobody knows what's going on and they loose so many packages, Manager of this place dosnt care either, whole place should just shut down

    Today my boyfriend went to pick up a package that was not delivered to his address. I am not sure who he spoke to but she refused to give him the package even though the address on the package and his ID matched. The package was also under his middle name and still refused to hand over the package. She later continued to ignore his questions and he called the cops. That's where then the worker got her manager to speak with the officer. The made up a lie that supposedly there was a problem with where the package came from??? Make that make sense. Even the officer was confused as well as customer service when my bf called regarding the issue. They had enough information to confirm his identity and refused. All this problem just to get my birthday gift which is now not even a surprise anymore. I don't know what this lady making things more difficult if it was some sort of racism (she proceeded to be all nice and sweet and helpful with a white man after ignoring my bf) or having personal issues. Luckily customer service said they will deliver the package tomorrow but lets see. So just letting you know to be prepared for anything when going there.

    Whatever you do, Don’t cross paths with Cheryl. The woman should not be in customer service. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Her encounter was not only aggressive, but she was rude and inconsiderate. She was unwilling to help me figure out the problem with my change of address. It’s been over two weeks and I have not received mail at either address. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she should not be taking it out on the customers Unfortunately there is no way to file a formal complaint. So it’s important that I share here she should probably retire. She doesn’t belong dealing with the public.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Janet at Mt. Pleasant Post Office I visited the New Bedford Mt. Pleasant USPS branch recently and had a great experience, all thanks to Janet. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to help me with my transaction quickly and efficiently. Even though the lobby was busy, she made me feel like I was her top priority and ensured everything was handled correctly. Service like this really stands out—Janet made what could have been a quick errand into a genuinely pleasant experience. If you need to visit this location, ask for Janet—you won’t be disappointed!
