  I had the opportunity of speaking with a pleasant, knowledgeable lady, Felicia, at People Ready in New Bedford. I was having difficulty helping a friend, whose phone had stopped functioning, to fill out the paperwork needed to be hired by this company. He had already completed the online application but had not done the required I-9 forms. Using my laptop, I had trouble understanding which responses to select for some of the questions on that paperwork. But Felicia took the time to explain the options so the appropriate selections could be entered. In addition, the site was not allowing me to access the I-9 forms a second time after going back in the search area. So, Felicia walked me through how to perform the task and did some of it for me on her end. Felicia is compassionate, understanding, and willing to help people who need assistance. She is extremely patient, nonjudgmental, and offered various helpful tips. In the end, the I-9 forms were completed, and my friend simply had to show up for a short interview during the time slot that she offered to him. I would highly recommend calling this People Ready location as Felicia is willing to go above and beyond to put in commendable effort to meet a customer’s needs. She is an asset to this company.
