  System was malfunctioning. I left after waiting in line way too long hoping the employee could figure it out but he couldn't. I left and went to UPS at Staples.

  I wish there was a way to give them a negative 10 review. This location is responsible for Drop Box pickups. I have a package that has been sitting in one for SEVEN DAYS. I've been on the phone for two days trying to arrange for it to be picked up. I think it will sit there forever. 100 years from now, an archeologist will find that package still sitting in that box.

  Absolutely terrible 20 minutes and they still couldn’t print the label for my box to ship. Go anywhere else

  Nobody comes to the front desk even after calling out. But you can hear and see people talking, and they can see you too.
