Also our mail is regularly mixed up with neighbors, and packages get delivered to wrong address or never gets delivered. I literally have an Amazon package via USPS that says delivered two days ago but I don’t see it anywhere.

There was at least a line of 10-15 people who have been standing here for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help, yet there’s only one person who has held up processing passports. Don’t drop off anything here. It was faster for me to drive to Boston and back home than standing in this line.
