I had everything in the original box and shipping package, except I forgot to seal the package with taps. The man worked in the store was charging $2 for a piece of tape to seal the package, or I had to pay $4 to buy a tape probably costs $1 in Walmart. This petty "policy" made my experience extremely uncomfortable - feels like I ate a fly. I can see several customers before me already complaint about this, so it appears to be a common practice. The store manager copy-paste a generic reply to the complaints, and obviously did nothing about it. Edit (7/2/2025): Since the store manager actually addressed my comments, I take back half of my last sentence. To be clear, I wasn't complaining the people working there were rule or unprofessional, I was complaining about the policy that tries to charge the customers whenever there's a chance. Therefore, unless the policy is changed, I will still keep my rating.

I called ahead, and John, the owner, gave me step-by-step instructions - then all I had to do was show up outside with the item I needed to mail. Great professionalism and going the extra mile to be friendly and fast - the package made it out right away. This makes it possible for me to use UPS, since a store in a neighboring town doesn't offer this service and the Needham UPS store came to my rescue.
