Really excellent experience using Staples Needham for support on my print work. From start to finish very professional, website makes many elements easy, results were highly professional and the cost was reasonable and exactly on time. I would highly recommend them if you have print work.

We use Staples to pickup things we need for our real estate office. I like that I can have them deliver quickly, or go into the store to actually look at the items myself before buying since we have two stores close to us. I love their rewards program too!

While the clerk in the graphics department jumped to conclusions about what type of scan I wanted, when I explained I'd prefer a jpeg to the pdf he already made, he apologized and made a jpeg at no additional cost. Both were emailed to me. Courteous service and quick to make the incorrect assumption correct.

Placed an online order. I never picked it up. Got a phony 'your order has been picked up' email and charged for it.
I called the store and the Associate hung up on me instead of helping.
