A simple apology and I won’t do this again to our clients would have ended it. But no. I contacted FedEx customer service and they filed a report and said this local distribution center would call me Four days later, no reply. I am now a UPS raving fan as FedEx culture looks like it’s in the trash.

I have a package that has been sitting in one for SEVEN DAYS. I've been on the phone for two days trying to arrange for it to be picked up.
