I have done photocopying, poster printing and express mailing there and it was a rare visit when I was neither ignored nor treated as if my existence was some "imposition" upon them. The last straw came on my fifth attempt to get business cards printed, after repeated efforts to find out what was actually needed for the job. It was not that they asked for $10 more than they had quoted the day earlier. It was how the older man and a younger woman alternately ignored me or treated me with disdain that made this my last visit to a FedEx store. I imagine FedEx must treat their employees terribly to make them all so miserable: they shall have no more of my business. While Staples is 5 minutes further away, the people there have always been friendly. All my photocopying, poster-printing and other business needs will now be done at Staples, over near Acapulco's. They printed 500 nice business cards for $39, which coincidentally was the “new” price for 100 cards at FedEx.
