  My husband and I visited this FedEx location this afternoon to ship some important documents to Chicago. It had been a long time since we last handled this kind of shipment, so we were a bit unsure about which packaging and service would be the best option to ensure fast delivery. Carlos and another staff member who was wearing glasses were incredibly helpful and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and guided us through the process without rushing us. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

  Thank you Carlos for your help with the big mirror and for printing my label! This FedEx office team is always courteous, helpful and interested in getting the job done. UPS centers could learn a thing or two!

  Matt and Carlos are consistently excellent when I work with them on large printing projects. I've been happy with Carlos for years and recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who went out of his way to make sure my large-format retractable posters were not pixilated, which they would have been had he just processed the low-res file I sent and said nothing. The printing work has always been solid, in my experience.

  Well organized store with neat customer service. Got my package taken care of promptly and had a nice conversation with the associate (Bobby if I remember well) . Plenty of stationary items in case you need anything and the self serving copy machine is convenient and cheap.

  Visit this store only if you like misinformation and being treated with subtle disdain each time you visit. I have done photocopying, poster printing and express mailing there and it was a rare visit when I was neither ignored nor treated as if my existence was some "imposition" upon them. The last straw came on my fifth attempt to get business cards printed, after repeated efforts to find out what was actually needed for the job. It was not that they asked for $10 more than they had quoted the day earlier. It was how the older man and a younger woman alternately ignored me or treated me with disdain that made this my last visit to a FedEx store. I imagine FedEx must treat their employees terribly to make them all so miserable: they shall have no more of my business. While Staples is 5 minutes further away, the people there have always been friendly. All my photocopying, poster-printing and other business needs will now be done at Staples, over near Acapulco's. They printed 500 nice business cards for $39, which coincidentally was the “new” price for 100 cards at FedEx.
