As I had go some months ago to another near UPS store, and at that location they offered to seal the box, I didn't took tape with me. So, first, they didn't even said "hi", when they decided to stand up and look at me, he said, "are you paying for packaging?" I said, "oh sorry, I thought I could get the tape here, because in a store near by, they put it for me, I apologize, let me buy the tape then" He said" THEY DO, WE DON'T, and then a woman came (a staples worker) and said, Looking at me in a really bad way, and loud, "NOTHING IS FREE IN LIFE, YOU HAVE TO PAY!" From there all was like real haters treatment, and looking at me so rude!! I am latin, no white latin. And this is so sad 😞, because, they could have said, no here we don't offer tape, or whatever, without being so disrespectful. It felt so humiliating!
