One of the staff here is consistently rude and impatient, acting as if customers owed him 100 million dollars or if he simply dislikes his job. I’ve been to this location many times because I work nearby, and every time he’s in a bad mood. Once he refused to scan my prepaid label with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 days. The package ultimately arrived nearly a month later. For two weeks after I dropped it off, the tracking only showed “label created.” When I returned to ask if there was any way to check on it, the same staff member, again with the same rude attitude, told me they take no responsibility for prepaid labels. A few days later, the first tracking update showed the package in a city completely opposite of the intended destination. I will never return to this USPS site, even though it’s close to me.

He said he was trained not scanning pre-paid packages. Very very bad. So don’t waste your time and energy here. Go to other usps sites. (My first review on google. )
